The Jio AI Cloud welcome offer for users-100 GB of free cloud storage

Reliance Industries recently held its 47th Annual General Meeting. During the event, Chairman Mukesh Ambani outlined the company's future plans in artificial intelligence in India and announced the Jio AI Cloud welcome offer for users.

As part of this initiative, the company has committed to providing up to 100 GB of free cloud storage to Jio users in line with Reliance's vision of "AI everywhere, for everyone".  The Jio AI Cloud welcome offer is expected to be launched around Diwali this year and will provide users with a robust yet affordable cloud storage solution. "Jio users can now enjoy up to 100 GB of free cloud storage to safely store and access all their photos, videos, documents and other digital content," Ambani said. The launch of this new AI cloud service by Jio aims to enhance the digital experience of Jio users by providing them with a secure and reliable platform to manage their digital assets.

 Ambani also highlighted that Jio will offer the most competitive pricing in the market for users who require additional storage beyond the free 100GB. To avail the offer, Jio users will need to follow a few easy steps that will be announced closer to the launch date. Once available, users will be able to avail up to 100GB of free cloud storage with the option to upgrade to a larger storage plan at an affordable price. Once available, Jio users will not only be able to use the AI ​​cloud storage as personal storage but will also be able to integrate it with new services announced by Jio, such as: Jio TvOS: Jio's new in-house operating system designed specifically  for Jio set-top boxes.

Jio said the new operating system will deliver a faster, smoother and more personalized experience and will support  Ultra HD 4K video, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Jio Home IoT: Jio is integrating its Home IoT solutions with Jio TvOS to make the home more intelligent and responsive. Jio said these Home IoT solutions are compliant with the latest industry standards such as Matter, ensuring smooth operation of smart devices from the integrated platform. The integration is aimed at making Jio users' homes smarter and more connected and catering to the growing demand for IoT-enabled devices.
